Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Brandshot (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access; and no use of others’ trademarks or brand assets without the right to do so. You are responsible for the logos, images, and text you upload and the visuals you create.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the assets you upload and the key visuals you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you provide.

4. Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Per-seat plans are billed by the number of members in your workspace. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law. On account deletion we remove your workspace data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
