This Privacy Policy explains what data Brandshot collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of the Service.
1. Data we collect
Account data — your name, email, and authentication details. Content — the logos, images, palettes, and text you upload and the visuals you create. Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we store a customer reference and subscription status, not your full card number. Usage & device data — basic logs and analytics needed to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use data
To provide and secure the Service, process payments, extract brand colors and fonts from the assets you upload, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Processors we share with
We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to run the Service, including hosting, a Postgres database, object storage for your images, an email provider for transactional email, a payment processor for billing, and an AI provider used only to parse the brand assets you choose to upload. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
4. Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; doing so removes your personal workspace, its stored images, and cancels any active subscription. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records).
5. Your rights

6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and limit access to it.
